Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are extremely important to us. To integrate these practices on a fundamental level, we have an external consultant review our handbook and policies to ensure they are inclusive and don't include unconscious bias. We also partner with networking groups like She+ Geeks Out that generate opportunities for underrepresented groups in technology and we actively engage in company-wide DEI training from external partners.
