Velir Welcomes Wendy Karlyn as Our First Chief Client Officer
We’re thrilled to announce that Wendy Karlyn has joined Velir to unify our Business Development and Client Services teams as our first Chief Client Officer.
A long-time agency executive, Wendy Karlyn, joins Velir to align our growth functions, leveraging her extensive experience to craft a more cohesive approach to acquiring, onboarding, and managing client relationships while enhancing collaboration across our diverse CX and Data capabilities.

Wendy is a high-impact, innovation-driven executive with over 25 years of experience leading transformative business initiatives at top-tier global agencies and consulting — Publicis Groupe (Sapient and Digitas) and most recently Genpact (Rightpoint). A celebrated thought leader in the DXP industry she has managed ambitious growth and P&L goals. Wendy excels in aligning stakeholders, fostering innovation, and driving creativity, with a track record of successful change management efforts including launching offices in emerging markets and guiding organizational growth. A proven DEIB champion, she's passionate about building inclusive, high-performing cultures.
